A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WIRELESS RETAIL ASSOCIATE

As a Wireless Retail Associate, you arrive for each shift excited to meet new people, provide top-notch customer service, and sell products and services to increase profitability for Wireless Central as well as achieve your own personal goals. You take pride in staying up-to-date on the current trends and the "what's next" in the wireless communication and technology industry. This allows you to provide technical support, upsell, and easily discuss products and services with our customers to help them make informed decisions.

You love chatting with people and are able to make personal connections easily and ensure that every customer feels welcome and valued. You initiate conversations with all who approach the store or reach out via phone and happily answer their product, service, and billing questions. You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service. You feel a great sense of accomplishment in seeing your efforts pay off in your paycheck.

In your downtime, you maintain the appearance of the store by keeping it clean, replenishing accessories, and changing out signage and price tags. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in their success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Available evenings and weekends
• Basic math skills
• Tech savvy
