Longchamp USA, a major luxury brand and retailer recognized for its expertise and excellence in craftsmanship, are seeking a Full Time Luxury Retail Sales Associate. Through consultative sales, associates develop and manage portfolios of loyal clients who rely on them specifically for their product knowledge, customer service, and fashion sense.
All hourly Longchamp employees are provided with regular performance based commissions in addition to a competitive hourly base pay. Candidates who are passionate about luxury retail and available to join our South Coast Plaza store in Costa Mesa are encouraged to apply.
Job Description:
- Knowledge of Longchamp’s product offerings to enhance the customer experience across all channels
- Generate and maximize sales through consultative sales; meet and maintain benchmark retail sales goals
- Create and update client files to develop a client book; Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences
- Convey industry expertise and keep clients well-informed of upcoming releases and promotions unique to their interests
- Commitment to building customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction and the maintenance of a client file
Job Requirements:

- 2 plus years’ experience working in a fast-paced retailer.
- A college degree in fashion or a related retail industry is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Luxury brand boutique or brand ambassador experience preferred.
- This position requires a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday hours.
- Experience with retail point of sale system and key holder experience is also a plus.
