- Field customer inquiries, complaints and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Use effective time management strategies to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities
- Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers
- Coach other sales floor employees on how to be successful in the category
