This assistant manager position starts at $18.00 - $20.00/hr, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ASSISTANT MANAGER
As an assistant manager, you are held in high regard at Holiday Oil. You take ownership in the success of the store. You oversee our daily operations, inspiring the cashiers to do their best and ensuring that day-to-day policies and procedures are followed. As a dependable leader, you remain calm under pressure and are always accessible to team members for support and problem-solving. You train new cashiers and continue to mentor experienced ones.
As a hands-on leader, you help customers and clean both inside and outside of the store. Your attention to detail and enthusiasm keeps things humming along. You work closely with the store director to develop skills such as ordering merchandise, counting inventory, communicating with vendors, and processing daily sales reports. Essential to the success of our business, you are directly responsible for putting smiles on faces, both young and old.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR ASSISTANT MANAGER

RETAIL MANAGEMENT WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time retail management position working 40-45 hours a week. Our convenience stores are open Sunday - Saturday, 5 am - midnight. Schedules may change for summer or winter.
