As a Store Leader for this premium apparel brand, you will be responsible for building, developing, and nurturing a team that embodies the company ethos. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead by example and set clear expectations for your team, fostering a customer-obsessed store culture.
- Coach, motivate, and inspire team members to consistently produce their best work.
- Recruit, network, and select top talent to meet both current and future business needs.
- Develop individualized growth plans for each team member, supporting career progression and succession planning.
- Teach accountability and provide continuous feedback to ensure alignment with store goals.
Sales & Operational Excellence
- Drive topline sales through a focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and flawless visual execution.
- Take ownership of the store’s financial health, managing payroll, expenses, and budget targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to move the business forward throughout the month, quarter, and year.
- Implement monthly floor sets and ensure the store layout aligns with overall visual directives and seasonal trends.
Customer Experience & Store Presentation
- Foster a customer-first environment, ensuring every interaction embodies the brand’s values.
- Maintain high standards for visual presentation, product placement, and stock levels.
- React to business trends while preserving the integrity of visual merchandising.
- Regularly assess the store's aesthetic and make adjustments to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Operations & Asset Protection
- Drive productivity and profitability through effective operational controls, including scheduling, payroll management, and inventory accuracy.
- Protect store assets by managing internal and external theft, shrinkage, and ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience in retail or related field, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating lasting relationships.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example, inspire others, and effectively manage a team.
- Operational Expertise: Strong organizational and operational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Brand Passion: A genuine love for the brand’s product, values, and commitment to sustainability.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift and carry at least 40 pounds.
- Must have flexible availability to support the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to move around all areas of the store and assist customers and team members.
- May need to climb ladders and access high shelves.

Base salary range: $80,000-$120,000
