Retail Store Manager at Manpower

Our client in Rice Lake, WI is seeking a Store Manager to join their team. As a Store Manager, you will be leading people and the day-to-day operations of the store. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of previous retail management experience, along with strong office and customer service skills which will align successfully in the organization.  This position is a direct hire with our client!

Position: Store Manager
Location: Rice Lake, WI
Pay: Starting base salary of $55,000/year

• Manage a broad range of store activities
• Oversee staff and assign job duties
• Prepare paperwork in established timeframes
• Lead recruitment and selection process
• Train, mentor and develop team members

• Minimum 3-5 Years of retail leadership experience
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• People management and customer service skills
• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
