Job Purpose:
The Retail Success Manager is responsible for establishing and nurturing deep relationships with assigned Convenience Store (C-Store) Partnerships, serving as a strategic consultant and extension of Vivid Impact. This role involves daily engagement with industry resources, leading client onboarding to Vivid's Precision POP/Precision POP APP, and providing best practices and cost optimization strategies. The Retail Success Manager will also support special projects and ensure customer retention, growth, and goodwill through quarterly onsite visits and business reviews.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Forge strong relationships with assigned Convenience Store Partnerships, acting as a consultant and business advocate.
- Lead and onboard partners to the Precision POP and Precision POP APP platforms.
- Work closely with the Retail Success Director, National Sales Director, and President to support new sales, active RFPs, and overall business strategy.
- Monitor industry trends through newsletters, blogs, events, and provide best practices to clients.
- Engage in strategic industry events and become a recognized expert in the Convenience Store vertical.
- Perform regular visits and business reviews with key clients to assess and optimize their marketing, material costs, and sales plans.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- Develop and lead presentations and training sessions for clients.
- Directly responsible for customer retention, growth, and overall goodwill of the partnership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of Account Management experience in the Convenience or Retail Industry.
- Proven ability to drive results proactively and operate with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
Schedule & Travel Details:
- Flexible schedule, remote position, high demand role.
- 50% travel will be required - to Vivid Impact Corporate, Industry Events, Customer Goodwill Visits.
