Position Overview:
As a Retail Program Supervisor, you will play a critical role in inspiring a team of marketing professionals and store associates. Your primary focus will be to generate high-quality leads for HVAC and Water Treatment system replacements and seasonal maintenance appointments. You will act as a liaison between our company and big-box retail stores, ensuring a productive partnership and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Train, coach, motivate, and lead a team of marketers in a retail setting to generate Free Estimates and set appointments for HVAC and Water Treatment services.
- Store Partnerships: Partner with store and district management teams, conduct daily store visits, deliver weekly product knowledge sessions, and drive engagement with the programs.
- Lead Management: Achieve lead generation goals through weekend and weekly events and ensure consistent flow of high-quality leads.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on team performance and lead generation metrics.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive Pay with Monthly Bonus Payouts based on sales goals and store performance.
- $42,000 - $55,000 / Year

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or event management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Ability to speak in front of a group.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
- Availability for weekend and event-based work.
- Proficient computer skills
- Proficient in MS Office Excel
