Job Summary
Harley-Davidson is currently recruiting for a new Retail Team Supervisor at Harley-Davidson’s Corporate Museum in the heart of Milwaukee’s historic downtown. Visitors come to the Harley-Davidson Museum from all over the world to explore the rich history associated with this iconic American brand. For many, visiting “The Shop” to buy a souvenir from their visit can enhance that experience.
The Retail Team Supervisor is the first point of contact for Museum retail store visitors and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable learning experience for all visitors. The Retail Team Supervisor is an integral member of our Museum team, responsible for day to day operations in The Shop.
Hours for this role may vary but will typically average 30+ hour per week.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate superior customer service both in person and on the phone.
- Conduct customer transactions/interactions in a professional manner.
- Help maintain a neat and clean Shop environment.
- Assist with the receiving, tagging, and stocking of merchandise.
- No set schedule. Must have the flexibility to work weekends and some evenings and holidays when needed.
- Manage multiple duties simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Education Specifications
- High school diploma or GED/HSED is required (Must be 18 years or older)
Experience Requirements
Required:
- Two years of previous experience in a customer experience, sales or retail work environment
- Ability to understand and resolve visitor questions or issues while keeping the organization’s goals in mind
- Demonstrated ability to co-lead a team.
- Outstanding customer services skills with the ability to understand and resolve guest questions or issues while keeping the organizational goals in the forefront.
- Flexibility in scheduling required including weekends and holidays in addition to some evening hours as required by the business.
- Must be willing to learn all aspects of customer-facing job duties within the Museum environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Harley-Davidson history or brand is a plus

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
