POSITION OBJECTIVE: To facilitate daily shipping and receiving functions.




Essential Functions:



+ Must be able to effectively communicate with all other facilities


+ Must be able to process all types of Return Authorizations


+ Coordinate and manage transfer of Return products via Return App


+ Inspect returned material or samples from claims and assist in making decisions relative to disposition


+ Help maintain a system for identifying /reporting the material on hold and ensure that the material is effectively managed to preclude inadvertent shipment


+ Must be able to print labels for and apply label to all Shaw products


+ Must be able to search for/research lost or misplaced orders or products


+ Assist with performing inventory scans


+ Coordinate and process rugs including RAs (as applicable)


+ Must help keep work area clean


+ Other duties as assigned by Manager





Knowledge/Skills:



+ Must be able to read and write numbers in English


+ Must be able to communicate in writing and verbally


+ Must be able to use computer and programs associated with job requirements


+ Must be able to make decisions independently


+ Must be able to record, analyze, comprehend, and interpret data


+ Must be able to meet frequent deadlines


+ Must have high school diploma or GED





This position is located and works out of Taunton, MA


$25.41 Per Hour


Sun, Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
