About the Job
Primary Accountabilities:
Administrative (50%)
- To maintain a full knowledge of the systems as they develop
- To ensure standard reports are distributed accurately and on time
- Create additional reports where applicable and as instructed by Director of Operations
- Support the Director of Operations on a daily basis
- Coordinate the ordering and deployment of supplies and hardware when required
- Maintain asset registry of all hardware within the network
- Attend regular meetings with the team
Operational (50%)
- To answer inbound queries from clients, partners and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
- Queries/issues need to be responded to in a timely manner to ensure the network continues to achieve its required service level agreements
- Escalate issues which cannot be resolved in an appropriate timescale, in line with the incident management plan
- Proactive identification of issues that may impact network performance
- Work with the team to resolve and prevent issues arising in the future
- Document and track support issues and monitor for trends
- Develop and present ideas to enhance the network
- Remain aware of network developments
Required Qualifications:
- A high level of computer literacy
- 3-5 years in an administrative/support role; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
- Demonstrable experience in customer/partner engagement
- A clear ability to handle queries and issues without assistance
- Work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
- Ability to work with many different requests simultaneously, and maintain documentation throughout
- Intermediate level of profiency and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
