What does this role look like?
Our Revenue Coordinator/Executive Administrator reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and is their right-hand person, helping to keep everything running smoothly. You'd be juggling a bit of everything-supporting the department of marketing, sales, revenue management, and brand experience professionals while assisting with some training, admin support, and coordinating all things top-line revenue-related.
It's perfect for someone who loves being organized, enjoys multitasking, and can handle a fast-paced, agile environment with a warm smile. You'll work closely with all of WSLM's business lines, ensuring everyone's on the same page and things are moving seamlessly. Daily tasks include:
- Department Administrative and Concierge Support
- Manage the CRO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the CRO.
- Maintain and organize departmental files and records.
- Department Metric Visualizing
- Track and report on identified department metrics and performance.
- Project Management
- Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects within the department.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the CRO and relevant stakeholders.
- Training and Development
- Support the planning and execution of training programs for the department as assigned.
- Assist with onboarding new Revenue Operations team members.
- Departmental Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the CRO and other department heads.
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CRO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Mastery of Excel, including data visualization capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to commute daily to our South Jordan, Utah corporate office.
