This Role:
As an integral member of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) team, the Revenue Cycle Analyst at LogixHealth, you will work with internal teams to provide services that will directly improve business operations. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to assist in improving the efficiency of operating information systems and the quality and integrity of the data that is shared with other business partners.

This Role:
As an integral member of the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) team, the Revenue Cycle Analyst at LogixHealth, you will work with internal teams to provide services that will directly improve business operations. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to assist in improving the efficiency of operating information systems and the quality and integrity of the data that is shared with other business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take a lead role in managing setup and daily processing of motor vehicle and workers compensation claims
- Assist in managing the setup, implementation, maintenance of the patient statement process or provide backup support
- Assist with evaluating opportunities for process improvement across EDI; implement change in collaboration with leadership
- Perform quality audits of Allscripts setup to ensure accuracy and standardization of build to minimize claims and ERA rework and denials
- Perform audits of billing files and rejections for clients to resolve issues timely and minimize impact to the revenue cycle process
- Support payer ID mapping and setup to support electronic processes
- Identify process improvements

Required:
- Two-three years of related experience
- Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ANSI 5010 837P, 835, 276/277, 270/ 271, 999/TA1 electronic HIPAA files and revenue cycle management system-related processes strongly preferred Revenue cycle management system-related processes
