About the Job
- Management reports and analyses are completed weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, and on an ad-hoc basis; These reports include but are not limited to, Aged AR Reporting, Denial Trending reports, Payer Yield Analysis, Charge Lag trending reports, TOS Collection trending reports, and Payment Mismatch reports
- Ensure that all reports, data models, and raw data storage are maintained accurately and on time
- Analyze financial information from different parts of the organization and create revenue/expense analyses, reports, and presentations
- Develop and implement new standardized reporting and analysis requirements and procedures across the business
- Update the financial model that predicts variable forecasting with monthly actual results and prepare trend and sensitivity analysis based on YTD actual results, previous historical information, or new projection information to provide financial and cash flow forecasts
- Identify, track, and report critical business drivers and key performance indicators
- Participate in a project team environment to provide a financial perspective
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
- 4+ years of related experience required
- 2+ years of Revenue Cycle experience in a Healthcare setting is strongly preferred
- Extensive SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Google Data Analytics and/or SQL Certification desired but not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
