As the RCM Analyst, you will link management and reporting, requiring strong statistical and critical thinking skills. You will conduct data analysis to identify revenue cycle performance issues, root causes, and potential solutions, recommending and implementing process improvements accordingly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and at least 5 years' experience in Healthcare RCM environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes and KPIs in a healthcare or similar setting.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Experience integrating data analysis into business operations (i.e., assisting with business intelligence)
- Experience with data modeling, data visualization, and report development to convey complex concepts and insights effectively.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA) is preferred.
- Proven record of driving process improvements and achieving measurable results through data analytics initiatives.
- Experience working with larger data sets, heavy extract usage environment, and data troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Examine existing RCM and finance related reports to understand current operational performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Assemble and analyze data for new reports, making sure data and calculations are accurate.
- Monitor and resolve performance issues of different dashboards, optimizing their use.
- Establish which data is applicable and the methods which should be utilized to evaluate them.
- Create new metrics, analyses, and reports to further understand business operations and satisfy gaps in understanding.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and reports at leadership’s request.
- Provide action-oriented recommendations to leadership based on data-driven evidence.
- Collect supplemental information by engaging in dialogue with leadership and staff and observing processes.
- Present quantitative and qualitative data in such a way that it demonstrates a purpose-driven approach and supports recommendations.
- Participate in evaluating innovative technologies to ensure the advancement of technology architecture and data within organization business intelligence needs
