Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Revenue Cycle Analyst:
- Identifies error trends from data obtained through claims review, telephone calls, written correspondence, payments posting and/or reconciliation, and configuration and system rules or builds set up tracks trends to identify reoccurring quality findings.
- Researches, analyzes, reports, and tracks issues proactively and comprehensively; analyzes workflows and processes to discover and report any inefficiency
- Ensures that employee’s activities meet business requirements and goals
- Prepares reports and analyzes findings for operational leadership decision support
Required Skills:
• Professional Fee Revenue Cycle experience – denials specifically
• ASC Denials Experience (not to be confused with Hospital Outpatient Department Ambulatory Surgery)
• Process Improvement experience helpful, not essential
• Ability to work independently

Compensation Details: $31-$39/hour w2
