Revenue Cycle Director - Central Peninsula Hospital

POSITION SUMMARY: The Revenue Cycle Director oversees Patient Financial Services, the Central Billing Office, and Patient Access Services at Central Peninsula Hospital. This role manages the entire revenue cycle for all services, including hospital and clinic operations, behavioral health, urgent care, and professional services. The director develops strategies for registration, billing, reimbursement, payer relationships, compliance, and financial assistance, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the chargemaster, negotiating payer contracts, managing provider enrollment, and tracking financial metrics. The director also supports new service lines, oversees audits, and ensures regulatory compliance. Additionally, they manage the electronic billing system, including upgrades, claims submission, and patient pricing transparency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Accounting
• 5 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
• 2 years of Leadership experience
• Deep understanding of the entire revenue cycle process, including patient access, billing, collections and financial counseling.
