Texas Oncology is looking for a Revenue Cycle Managerto join our team! This full time hybrid remote position will support our Central Business Office at 3001 E President George Bush Hwy Richardson, Texas 75082. This position does require that the candidate lives within a commutable distance of the Dallas region. This is a Monday-Friday 40 hours/week position.

What does the Revenue Cycle Manager do? (including by not limited to)
Manages the front office revenue cycle processes for multiple sites within a practice. Oversees intake, insurance verification, charge capture and charge entry processes for compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as payer guidelines. Coordinates with office manager and front office coordinators to ensure optimal revenue cycle processes and adherence to USON policies and procedures. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
Responsibilities:The essential duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines, including ensuring that charge tickets and charge capture systems (like IMPAC and Iknowmed) are updated.
- Provide on-going front-office process review and implement process revisions as needed.
- Coordinate and or provide training for new front office staff, and retraining as needed.
- Provide a central resource for front office processes, like intake, insurance verification, copay collection and charge entry. Work with offices to ensure compliance with USON and AOA operating procedures.
- Conduct audits of front office processes.
- Super User of Practice Management System and interfaced systems.
- Ensures roll-out of System updates to front-office team.
- Chairs Revenue Cycle Front Office task teams. Co-chairs C2C Committee.
The ideal candidate for the Revenue Cycle Manager position will have the following background and experience:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of five years of medical office and health plans experience.
- Knowledge of IDX and oncology billing preferred.
