Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts receivable balances between billing systems and the general ledger.
• Liaise between revenue cycle and financial departments to correct journal entries.
• Ensure accurate posting of payments in billing and financial systems.
• Perform month-end close processes and provide revenue data for financial statements.
• Uphold our culture of customer service excellence.
• Maintain confidentiality of all organizational information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Advanced knowledge of billing and payment procedures
• Experience with electronic billing databases
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, communication, and keyboarding skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with accounting terminology preferred
• Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
