What You Will Do:

• Quickly prepare and submit accurate insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Efficiently post insurance/EFT payments and adjustments to patient accounts, maintaining precise financial records.
• Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections promptly; submit appeals as necessary to maximize collections.
• Provide prompt assistance to patients regarding billing inquiries and explain charges and payment options clearly.
• Work closely with clinical staff and insurance companies to resolve billing issues efficiently.

You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have:

• Prior experience in revenue cycle management and medical billing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical coding and reimbursement processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
• Proficient in (specific software or systems used in the organization).
