Job Summary and Qualifications

The Revenue Integrity Analyst performs financial analysis and project management functions to support hospital Revenue Integrity and Transplant Billing Initiatives.

What you will do in this role:

• Approves and maintains changes, additions, deletions to the Transplant Provider Master List, provides reimbursement analysis for new and current providers
• Analyzes revenue impact related to operational changes or regulatory compliance
• Provides revenue analysis for global contracts, ad hoc revenue analysis, and conducts denial and reimbursement reviews and audits.
• Serves on project teams to implement process improvement initiatives

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a hospital environment in a financial or project management role
• Demonstrated experience in managing numerous projects simultaneously, process improvement and financial analysis
• Prior experience in acute care hospital or related medical entity
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and results driven
