Our client, a fast growing start up manufacturing company, is seeking a Revenue Manager to join its team!

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of channel operations to ensure revenue growth and profitability.
2. Develop and implement strategic portfolio management to optimize profitability and ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy.
3. Manage P&L for the channel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
4. Drive results by setting and achieving ambitious financial targets and KPIs.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and improve financial performance.
6. Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
8. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or advanced finance degree is preferred.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in channel operations, strategic portfolio management, P&L management, or a similar role.
3. Proven track record of driving results and meeting financial targets.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
5. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.
6. Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
8. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
