Revit Drafter - Selectek, Inc.

Selectek has an immediate need for a Revit Drafter with structural and/or architectural experience in any of the following locations: Charlotte, NC / Baltimore, MD, / North Bethesda, MD / Richmond, VA.

Required:

• Revit Proficiency and ability to help setup models
• Versatility and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously are necessary
• Structural and/or Architectural building project experience

Preferred:

• Associates Degree

Job Description:

• Work on a wide range of new and existing building design projects including but not limited to: Commercial, Retail, Government, Hospitality, Education, Multi-Family and Historic.
• Work within a team structure on projects.
• Revit drafting of new and existing structures, including columns and slab edges.

HYBRID WFH SCHEDULE REPORTING TO OFFICE MINIMUM 3 DAYS A WEEK FROM ANY OF THESE OFFICE LOCATIONS:
Charlotte, NC
Baltimore, MD
North Bethesda, MD
Richmond, VA

Job Order Details:
This is a Revit production role. You will be drafting columns, beams, and slab edges for commercial building design projects. You will also help setup models and will need to be able to get through the first couple steps of a drawing.

Sponsorship: No
Pay Range: $23/hour - $27/hour ($45,000 - $55,000 salary)
Term of assignment: 6 months temp to perm
Pay method when direct: Salary
Hours & Shift: M-F:  40 Hours. Core hours are 9AM - 5PM 
Work from home: Yes, HYBRID - MINIMUM 3 DAYS A WEEK IN OFFICE
