As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.WHAT YOU’LL DOCreate and maintain electrical system test strategy and test plans for various Anduril Electronics Warfare (EW) and Radio Frequency (RF) productsAnalyze and drive coverage and analysis of failures observed in integration, characterization, and system level testingIntegration testing of subassemblies and systems including RF and digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application softwareFacilitate electrical system performance, calibration, durability, and environmental testing of developmental components and systems per test planDevelop and maintain test standards, design and develop test equipment, or procuring and handling purchased test capital equipment to support test readinessSupport and perform field testing and act as a liaison to conduct ground and flight testingLeverage data analysis and existing tools to reproduce and characterize failuresCharacterize wireless communication systems and devicesAutomate tests to enhance test coverage and ensure reproducibility and repeatabilityREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS6+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on hardware, software, and / or system validation and verification testingSkilled with test equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and vector network analyzersFamiliar with Linux applications like command line (terminal) interface, creating and executing shell scripts, debug utilities, and general file system navigationFamiliar with programming languages like Python or Matlab to perform data parsing, data analysis, and test automationStrong root cause analysis skillsAbility to travel to and work at remote sites supporting test integration, commissioning, and training as requiredExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication, and organization skillsBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fieldsMust be able to obtain and hold a U.S
TS/SCI security clearancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSFamiliar with wireless communication protocols and test methodsExperience with RF integrationFamiliar with military and spectrum regulatory standards and test methodsUS Salary Range$140,000—$215,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only
