About the Job
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a highly-motivated Project Manager with a broad knowledge of procedures used to acquire real property interests for public utility/infrastructure projects including condemnation. This is a full time, permanent position supporting many projects concurrently. The successful candidate is able to multi-task and adept at producing accurate project deliverables on short notice.
Responsibilities:- Review projects for compliance with client policies and standards.
- Build client, industry and team relationships upholding the image of client and company.
- Oversee project goals and objectives, including: technical and production leadership, team development, industry leadership, market planning and business development and project delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed within budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Ability to read and analyze engineering drawing and right of way plans.
- Be detail oriented and have excellent analytical skills to prepare compliance documentation and maintain files.
- 4-year undergraduate degree, preferred.
- SR/WA or other IRWA Designation, SC Real Estate License and/or Broker required.
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience is required in work related to right of way or real estate services provided to public/private agencies.
- Ability to visit and safely traverse construction and project sites and complying with all applicable safety codes and requirements.
- Possess aptitude to act as a positive representative of the company and its core values.
- Must possess a valid driver license and be willing to travel as dictated by the project.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely to prepare reports, specifications, applications, and correspondence.
- Must be knowledgeable with laws and regulations involving real estate transactions and Eminent Domain.
