Risk Analysts

Contract to Hire (salary 65-80K)

Person needs to have background in the one or more of the below.

• Risk Management

• Compliance, Audit

• Accounting

• Internal Controls

Looking for someone who has a college degree and ideally 1-5 years’ experience in one of the areas above.

Technical background would be AI, Generative AI/Bot, Automation, python, sql (don’t need all of them but these are big pluses.

In this group in Enterprise Independent Testing, they are assigned to manage MRA/Consent orders that are urgent in nature to do the testing to clear out the MRA/Consent orders off the list. They will move from project to project so they will get different exposures to different areas.

Currently for sample purposes they are testing Customer Complaints. Anyone (company or person) who calls in and makes a complaint to the Bank they are testing to make sure the complaint was taken care of and the customer is happy. They will listen to recorded calls and identify/document ALL of the complaints that were made, did we miss anything, did we resolve the issue, did we hard the customer?

For someone who has a tech background they could try and create generative AI to pick up all the complaints and make sure taken care of etc…

Someone has 25,000K withdrawn from their business account and notices 3 days later. The bank policy if you have to notice within 1 day, however it needs to be researched and figured out. Customers’ complaint was money taken out of my account, caused harm because I cant pay bills due, told it needed to be reported in 1 day etc…

While this job may seem simple, this is a 10K foot view of this.
