Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer information and financial transactions to identify fraud and risk patterns.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures to mitigate risks effectively.
- Document all processes, maintaining detailed and accurate transaction records.
- Deliver excellent customer service while enforcing risk policies.
- Work collaboratively across teams to address customer-related issues and continuously improve processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of KYC and KYB procedures.
- Proficient computer skills for handling multiple applications.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Industry Experience:
- At least 2+ years in risk management, preferably within finance or related sectors.
- Familiarity with the financial industry's regulatory environment is highly beneficial.
Additional Requirements:
- This position is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days on-site work per week, including Saturdays and most holidays.
- A proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and fraud patterns is essential.
