About the Job
Continuity is looking for a Risk/Compliance Solutions Manager to work with banks, credit unions and financial services clients that have purchased our compliance management and/or risk management software products. In this key role, the Risk/Compliance Solutions Manager will work closely with our clients to ensure a successful deployment of our products. Responsibilities include platform configuration, training, advising clients on industry best practices, as well as project and change management planning based on their clients’ organizational needs and product mix. A successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of the regulatory compliance and risk management industry, along with demonstrated project and change management skills. We are also looking for a candidate who can help improve current operations while completing these functions successfully. Location is flexible - remote work possible.
Essential Job Functions
- Ability to influence and act as a consultant/liaison for potential changes or adoption of a best practice for enterprise wide risk compliance processes.
- Lead clients through the software onboarding process from start to finish including initial setup, process migration, training, internal rollout and transition to Account Management.
- Stay abreast of changes and best practices in the compliance and risk management industry.
- Act as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process while developing lasting relationships with our clients.
- Communicate proficiently, both verbally and in writing, with management and C-level executives including compliance and risk professionals across the financial services industry.
- Advise clients in company and industry best practices for regulatory compliance management, risk management and change management processes.
- Work with multiple technology platforms to facilitate client and team communication and ensure proper documentation of client interactions and implementation plans.
- Provide feedback on internal processes and best practices in an effort to continually improve the overall customer experience.
- Identify questions requiring escalation, and escalate them through the appropriate channels while prioritizing client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 - 10 years comparable work experience.
- Experience working in the banking/financial services industry with an in-depth knowledge of compliance and risk management concepts.
- Experience working for a software, SaaS, or technology company a plus.
- The ability to bring a disciplined approach to your work to produce results with limited daily supervision.
- Demonstrated skills in change management and/or project management.
- Ability to explain how to use software to individuals with varying levels of computer proficiency.
- Must be detail oriented and an excellent time manager.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to filter detailed information into effective communications.
- Proficiency with common cloud applications for customer service and productivity.
- CRCM, CRP, CIA or other risk/compliance management certification or ability to obtain the same shortly after hire a plus.
