- Provide consulting services to Propel Insurance clients, assisting with risk management and client support as directed by leadership.
- Develop detailed reports and audit tools to interpret data for clients across various levels.
- Solve problems using loss control data, statistical insights, and industry updates to support clients' risk management needs.
- Design, develop, and deliver educational programs tailored to client and agent requests, supporting both marketing and operational training.
- Create protocols and programs for risk management, including product and service agenda development based on client needs and operational structures.
- Support claims representatives with expertise in loss prevention, control, and mitigation.
- Maintain thorough records, including financial expenses, client activity timelines, and field survey data to identify key service areas and manage project outcomes effectively.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of risk management concepts, employee safety and OSHA guidelines, financial risk transfer, insurance terminology, healthcare-related claims, and data analysis, with a preference for those certified in risk management.
- Registered Nurse with 5+ years of clinical and operational experience, preferably in senior care and extended care operations, including knowledge of reimbursement, structure growth, and acquisitions.
- Holds professional licensing as required by regulations and the company, with strong abilities in independent time management and efficient scheduling.
- Skilled in public speaking at state and national levels, capable of preparing and presenting comprehensive risk management plans based on global data, loss ratios, claims, and identified risks.
- Proficient in data analysis, interpreting cumulative data from carrier loss runs, client reports, and dashboards to make informed recommendations, with availability for 60% travel and remote work.

Salary range is $125K to 150K per year.
