Responsibilities:
Position Overview
- Developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
- Navigating market trends to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in energy solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Identifies, prospects and contacts potential clients to educate them on energy trading and risk management.
- Develops and recommends fact-based risk mitigation and margin enhancement strategies for clients.
- Analyzes individual client operations to determine market exposure, price sensitivity and financial risks.
- Attends trade conferences, seminars and symposiums to represent products, increase contact with existing client base and identify new opportunities.
- Performs market analysis, including reporting on energy production, weather, supply and demand variables, and provides risk mitigation and margin enhancement strategies for clients.
- Executes futures, options and Swaps that support energy risk management strategies.
- Maintains prompt and regular in person attendance.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Time management skills. Should be able to work well under pressure managing several time sensitive deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
- Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders across all levels
- Effective presentation and marketing skills
- Ability to learn technical products and explain complex products in clear, simplified terms to prospective clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Energy
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Economics, or related field to include Business Management
- Obtain Series 3 License within 60 days of hire (company sponsored)
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Full time/5x a week in office
- Ability to travel
