LineSlip Solutions is currently recruiting for a Risk Manager, Customer Success to join our fast-growing team. This is the perfect role for individuals who have a strong background in both Risk Management and Commercial Insurance.
This is a fully (and permanently) remote position. Candidates can be located anywhere in the United States.
The Risk Manager, Customer Success is tasked with:
- Meeting with Risk Management clients to assess their business needs.
- Conduct research, prepare presentations, provide demonstrations, and train users how to leverage Lineslip for their use cases.
- Obtain customer feedback to identify strategic opportunities to enhance the product.
- Serve as a subject matter expert supporting other internal departments such as Product or Data Science.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Lineslip products and features.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-7 years of Risk Manager experience with a large corporate entity. In depth commercial insurance experience and knowledge.
- ARM or PRM designations preferred
- Ability to work self-sufficiently, as well as collaboratively, in a remote work environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding, constantly changing environment.
- Ability to independently navigate systems and tools.
- Successfully meet or exceed targets, working within tight deadlines.
