Risk Manager Hospital Healthcare at Clinical Management Consultants

A 25-bed acute care hospital in Central Washington is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join the healthcare leadership team. The Risk Manager will also support the 68-bed sister facility within this regional healthcare system.

Hospital Risk Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement risk management strategies
• Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses
• Manage incident reporting and investigation processes
• Collaborate with leadership to mitigate risks and improve patient safety
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Provide risk management education to staff

Preferred Risk Manager Experience

• Healthcare risk management experience
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
