Risk Manager - Treasure Coast Community Health, Inc.

Treasure Coast Community Health (TCCH) is a non-profit organization located in Indian Rover County providing primary medical, dental and behavioral health services to the community. TCCH is seeking a Risk Manager to join our team. The Risk Manager is responsible for promoting safety, and the development and implementation of TCCH's risk management program. This position will lead the Risk Management Committee and provide detailed reports on all serious incidents, claims, and risk-related issues. Ensures all risk management findings are reported to the Quality Assessment/Quality Improvement Committee, where a process improvement plan will take place. Represents TCCH in a leadership capacity to patients and ensures that customers, internal and external, are treated with respect, courtesy and compassion.

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or healthcare administration (B.S. or B A.) or equivalent education and experience in Healthcare required, ambulatory services preferred. Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in healthcare setting. Healthcare administration or Risk Management experience highly preferred. Experience with Community Health Centers is highly desirable.
