The RN Risk Manager will  work to provide risk management services including risk identification,mitigation and harm reduction. Responsibilities of the RN Risk Manager include,but are not limited to, performing Root Cause Analyses (RCA), effectively communicating findings and recommendations to the Director of Nursing and executive leadership team, maintaining the risk management information database and confidential records, conducting reviews and audits, collecting and analyzing appropriate data, and preparing reports that explain trends, analysis, and recommendations.
