RN Campus Recruiter - Saint Vincent Hospital

The RN Campus Recruiter will be the hands-on lead for the recruitment of current students as well as newly graduated individuals entering the workforce. Your position will be heavily focused on the recruitment of new graduate Registered Nurses to join our various training programs and help prepare the nursing workforce of the future. In this role you will partner with nursing leadership at the local level to develop and execute a strategy to meet our new graduate workforce goals. You will also develop deep relationships with partner schools, including onsite visits, to ensure a sufficient pipeline of new grad talent to our workforce.
