REGISTERED NURSE CARE MANAGER (RN), full time home health

PruittHealth @ Home is growing and is seeking two full time RN/Registered Nurses to support home health patients that reside throughout Gilmer and Pickens County, GA.   We offer proper training, top pay, mileage and cell, premium holiday pay, various benefit options, profit sharing, quick pay options, career growth, work life balance, and more!  

Home health experience is not required.  You bring the desire to work in a home health setting and we will supply the rest!

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized care plan
• Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow established policies and procedures as related to the scope of practice
• Maintain continuity of patient care in a home care setting

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

•   Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
