Current unencumbered RN Nursing license issued by the State of Oklahoma.  Minimum of five years of hospital based clinical nursing experience. Minimum of an Associates degree.

Preferred: Bachelor of Science of Nursing and/or Certified Case Manager.  Utilization review and/or Case Management experience.
