A Registered Nurse ( RN ) Case Manager is responsible for management of patient care across the continuum to insure excellent patient outcomes and appropriate utilization of resources.
- REGISTERD NURSE ( RN ) CASE MANAGER JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Education and/or experience: Licensed Registered Nurse in the State Of Tennessee; 2 years Acutecare Setting, Certification In Case Management preferred but not required.
- Knowledge: Case Management standards; utilization management criteria
- Skills: Good organization and communication skills; computer skills
- Abilities: Ability to interact with patients/families and other healthcare disciplines to coordinate seamless continuity of patient care
- Education and/or experience: Licensed Registered Nurse in the State Of Tennessee; 2 years Acutecare Setting, Certification In Case Management preferred but not required.
