About the Job
The RN Client Success Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the client experience, ensuring clients receive optimal value from our services. This role combines clinical expertise with client relationship management, focusing on client education, support, and satisfaction, with a particular emphasis on onboarding and managing large accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns, questions, or issues promptly and professionally
Client Education and Support:
- Provide clinical education and support to clients, helping them understand and utilize our services effectively.
- Assist clients in implementing best practices and optimizing their use of our services.
Client Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, with a focus on large accounts, ensuring a smooth transition and successful start.
- Collaborate with clinical, sales, revenue cycle and admissions teams to ensure client needs are understood and met from the beginning.
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans tailored to the specific needs of large accounts.
- Matrix management of internal teams to drive prompt and successful patient onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current RN license in good standing (compact RN license preferred)
- Ability to travel up to 50%. Periodic travel to corporate office and as needed when new accounts are onboarding and for ongoing check-in with accounts.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Experience in client success, account management, or customer service preferred.
- Experience in onboarding and managing large accounts is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and services is a plus.
