Overview:Position will be for the Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Department. Ideal candidate will have direct experience.

Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator. In the role of RN Clinical Coordinator you will:
- Actively support department director/manager by coordinating clinical and department activities for the unit including shift charge, department and/or service line.
- Ensure that care is delivered to each patient in accordance with quality standards.
- Act as liaison between physicians and patient care team. Maintain communication and promote cooperation with unit staff and other departments. Supervise the staff; authorize work procedures and assign duties.
- Provides input and recommendations to the director/manager on coaching, mentoring and performance management of associates.
- Promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
- Personally, accountable for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
$4.75/hr specialty differential applicable for position
Schedule: Four, 9 hour shifts weekly with additional call that includes about 9 weekdays per month and every 3rd weekend
Qualifications:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- 1-year clinical RN Experience
- Associates Degree in Nursing required
- BSN, preferred
- RN License to practice in state of employment as applicable, required
- Nursing Specialty Certification related to the specialty is strongly preferred
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Cardiac Cath Lab Department Overview:
The Cardiac Cath Lab at Longmont United Hospital has one coronary procedure room, one interventional radiology procedure room and seven prep/recovery bays. Here, we perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac, peripheral catheterizations, loop recorders, permanent pacemaker/ internal cardiac defibrillator implants and conduct TEE and cardioversion procedures. We care for Acute Coronary Syndrome patients with STEMI and NSTEMI presentations. Our department cares for individuals on an outpatient, inpatient, and emergency basis 24/7, 365 days a year. We strive to provide exceptional care to our cardiovascular patient population. Pay Range:$34.33 - $56.99 /hour
