As a CNA Trainer, you will have the unique opportunity to inspire and guide students towards becoming outstanding CNAs. Your role will involve:

 

Conducting engaging training sessions: Share your expertise through interactive classroom sessions online and hands-on practical exercises that encourage active learning and knowledge retention through our HYBRID model

 

Mentoring and coaching: Provide individualized guidance and support to students, nurturing their professional growth and instilling confidence in their abilities.

 

Developing curriculum materials: Collaborate with our curriculum development team to create innovative and comprehensive training materials that reflect the latest industry practices.

 

Ensuring compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of state regulations and accreditation standards to ensure our program meets all necessary requirements.

 

Essential Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

 

Active NYS RN license and at least 1 year of practical experience in a long term care healthcare setting.

Proven track record in training or education, preferably in the long-term care sector.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse learners.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

A passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Train-The Trainer Certificate or Proof of Adult Education
