Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and strategies.

• Organize operations to provide high quality, cost effective services. Model leadership and teaming excellence by providing appropriate advice and counsel to staff to improve effectiveness.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of services to meet all productivity plans.
• Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing OR diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
  Master's degree OR combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

• Bachelors in Nursing required, Masters preferred
• Experience in outpatient and inpatient clinical departments (to include wound, vascular access) preferred
