About The Position
**Job Title:** Emergency Room Nurse **Job Specialty:** Emergency Room Nurse **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** 3 pm - 3 am, Every other weekend, Every other holiday **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours/week **Experience:** Three to five years of Emergency Department experience preferred **License:** Current RN MA License required **Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) required - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) to be obtained within 60 days of hire - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA PALS) required within six months of hire - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred **Must-Have:** - Minimum Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred **Job Description:** - Exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or more than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects - Frequently reach, handle, and feel objects - Occasionally stoop, kneel, and distinguish colors - Provide high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency room environment - Utilize Meditech electronic medical record system - Cover holidays as required - Deliver excellent patient care and uphold hospital standards Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in patient outcomes while working in a supportive and challenging environment.
