Will consider travelers looking for Nights Shift times: 1500-0330 & 1900-0730REQUIRED: 2 year emergency room experience Travel experience BLS and ACLS TNCC or CALS MN RN license Epic experience Travelers primary residence must be at least 50 miles away from the facility Modified 8:00:00 AM Account Manager: Geoffrey Smith Account Manager Email: COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Flu Vaccine: Unknown Submittal Details: #Tier2 Travel ComplianceLocals local is defined as 25 or 50 miles from facility, to be confirmed with the AM. Locals are not acceptedPerm Staff Must be gone for 9 months before returning as traveler.RTO 7 days max. No RTO within the first 2 weeks. All RTO due at submission. Holiday work required, as needed.CNA License MN license in-hand License MN license in-hand or proof of application required (2-3 weeks via mail, 5-10 business days via email for processing). Saint Benedicts MN license in-hand is required. DO NOT submit if they have not applied for the license.Vaccines Medical/Religious exemption form required with submittal.Labs - Travelers are required to go to the lab within 48 hours of signing, or risk cancellation.Livescan Fingerprinting MN residents and non-MN residents must commit to completing this within 48 hours of signing, or risk cancellation.
