(Over two offices and requires home health leadership experience.)

 

The RN Executive Director, sits at the helm of the organization, steering it, managing its operations, and carrying out its mission according to the strategic direction of the company. 

 

 

Job Description:

 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead and manage our organization in Lewisburg, WV. The ideal candidate should have an active RN license in the state and leadership experience, including profit and loss statement. As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for overall leadership, management, and direction of our company.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Provide leadership and direction for the organization, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to patients.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives.

- Manage the organization's budget, including revenue, expenses, and profit and loss statement.

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of staff, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations.

- Ensure the organization is in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices, implementing changes as appropriate to maintain a competitive edge.

- Represent the organization in the community, developing and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources, patients, and their families.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Active in state RN license.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing or related field preferred.

- At least five years of experience in a leadership role.

- Strong financial acumen, including experience with profit and loss statement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve organizational goals.

- Knowledge of all state and federal regulations.
