Registered Nurse (RN) - Commitment to Care Excellence at Venza Care at Falkville Health Care Center

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
2. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients for response.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated patient care.
5. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
7. Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications:

1. Active RN license in Alabama.
2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing or an associate degree in nursing (ADN) with a commitment to earning a BSN within a specified timeframe.
3. Clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
4. BLS/ACLS certification.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach to nursing care.
6. Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.
