We are seeking a versatile and experienced Float to join our Sioux City UPC Team. As a Float, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple clinics within our network, providing comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent adaptability, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

• Provide nursing care in various clinical settings, including primary care, specialty clinics, urgent care, and outpatient services.
• Perform patient assessments, screenings, and health evaluations based on clinic protocols and provider orders.
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed.
• Assist with minor procedures, wound care, and patient education.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, electronic health records (EHR), and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Foster a positive patient experience by delivering compassionate and culturally sensitive care.

• Current State License to Practice, RN or LPN, OR current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS and Mandatory Reporter.
• 3+ yrs of clinical experience preferred - primary care, specialty care and/or urgent care.
