Saint Joseph Living Center (SJLC) was established in 1988 and is situated on 9 scenic acres in Windham, CT. Sponsored by the Diocese of Norwich, our facility offers short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and end-of-life care. We are a Catholic faith-based community, but we welcome residents of all religious backgrounds. Our suburban setting provides privacy, relaxation, and accessibility, with ample parking. The center features both indoor and outdoor amenities, including a beautiful chapel with daily mass at 11:00 am, an enclosed courtyard with gardens, and a Koi Pond

What would you do as a RN Free Float Supervisor

As an RN Free Float Supervisor at St. Joseph Living Center in Windham, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supervising and guiding the nursing staff, coordinating resident care plans, and addressing any issues that may arise during your shift. You can expect to work a variety of shifts, including 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while maintaining high-quality care standards.
