About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Hospice, Home Health, Wound Care **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Monday - Friday (8am-5pm) with some weekend coverage and occasional emergency call **Guaranteed Hours:** 32 hours per week **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in Hospice, Home Health, and Wound Care **License:** Valid driver's license in good standing **Certifications:** BLS (Basic Life Support) required **Must-Have:** - OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) experience - Experience traveling to patient homes for visits - Ability to manage and adapt to schedule changes **Job Description:** - Interviewing for Registered Nurses to work in the Vermont territory - Conduct outpatient care with flexibility for emergency calls - Utilize the EMR system, HealthWyse (Careficient) - Ensure compassionate hospice care and effective wound management - Perform thorough assessments and documentation for each patient - Participate in required holiday coverage - Facility conducts its own background checks Come join our dedicated team and make a difference in the lives of our patients!
