We are looking for a caring, compassionate, and dependable RN for our hospice/home care.

Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions

• Administers medications and treatments
• Assists in formulating treatment programs and documents accordingly
• Develops, implements, and revises Nursing Care Plans
• Provide leadership and positive role modeling for staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in Texas.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, patients, family members, and visitors
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 35 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
